Background

I've been working as a land use planner since 2011, helping communities and developers navigate the complexities of land use, zoning, and permitting. In 2020, a real estate investing podcast sparked a new passion for me -- I bought my first property, got hooked, and haven't looked back.

Since then, I've invested in real estate personally and taken my own projects through the land development process. That hands-on experience, combined with years of reviewing entitlements and guiding developments, gives me a unique perspective and passion that most real estate agents don't bring to the table.

I understand both the value a property holds today and the potential it can unlock tomorrow. My approach blends that insight with a personal, client-focused style -- whether it's finding the right home, identifying a smart investment, or navigating permitting hurdles.

Based in the Treasure Valley, I'm committed to helping families, buyers, sellers, and investors make informed real estate decisions with confidence.
